Russian Twists
A bodyweight movement used in 6 AMRAP workouts in the library.

How to do it
Balance on the sit bones with feet elevated. Violently rotate the torso to physically touch the floor on each side.
The coaching cue
"Your eyes must track your hands."
What changes inside an AMRAP
Cross your ankles to lock the lower body and isolate the rotation to the thoracic spine.
Common mistakes
- Swinging the arms across the body while the shoulders stay square.
- Letting the feet drop to the floor to make the balance easier.
